Pulaski Health Center, located at 61 Delano Street in Pulaski, New York, provides Northern Oswego and Southern Jefferson County residents with a variety of comprehensive health care and related services. The center is operated by Northern Oswego County Health Services, Inc. (NOCHSI), a private, federally funded not for profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
Pulaski Health Center is accredited through the Joint Commission (previously Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations), accepts most medical insurance plans, and has affordable rates and flexible payment plans.
In addition to health care and dental services at Pulaski Health Center, school based health centers at Pulaski and Sandy Creek Schools, and APW High School, provide convenient on-site health care for area school children.

Monday thru Friday 8 a.m.to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
